Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Be in its original condition with all tags attached
  • Not be worn, altered, or washed
  • Not be a sale or clearance item, unless otherwise specified

 

How to Request a Return

To initiate the return process, please contact our support team at support@havyno.shop. We will respond to your inquiry within 1–2 business days with further instructions. Please ensure you provide your order number and a clear explanation for the return request.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility conditions. If approved, a refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Please note that refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. For orders paid through Shopify Payments, please allow additional time for the bank to process the refund, as this may take a few extra days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@havyno.shop.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you received a faulty item, please contact our support team, and we will guide you through the exchange process. Please note that exchanges are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to offer a refund instead if the item is no longer in stock.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping cost. For orders over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service, as this will provide proof of delivery and help prevent any issues with the return process.
